How does it work?

To successfully achieve the NVQ Business Administration Level 2 qualification you must complete two mandatory units and three optional units. You should choose optional units which are relevant to your current role and will allow you to collect sufficient evidence. The mandatory units, which must be completed, are:

• Carry out your responsibilities at work
• Work within your business environment

Three further optional courses must be taken, some examples include:

• Ensure your own actions reduce risks to health and safety
• Maintain customer relations
• Use IT systems 2
• Word processing software 2
• Database software 2
• Presentation software 2
• Specialist or bespoke software 2
• Produce documents

Who is this course for?

The NVQ Business Administration Level 2 course is for those working in office environments, for example junior assistants, administrators and contact centre operators. There is no prescribed recommended prior knowledge, attainment or experience needed to gain access to this qualification.
