Level 4 NVQ in Customer Service is designed to provide those who work in senior customer service roles with evidence of their skills and knowledge.
To gain the level 4 NVQ in Customer Service must achieve a total of seven units. Three units are mandatory, a further four optional units must be taken.

It is suitable for candidates working in any sector, including Finance, Telecommunications, Retail, Manufacturing, Public Services, Logistics, Travel and IT. Candidates do not have to be managers of other people or even have manager as part of their job title. They must, however, hold a position that will allow them to influence decision-making and shape how customer service is delivered inside or outside their organisation.
