Team Effectiveness Workshop

Team effectiveness is offered as a 3 hour ‘bite size’ module aimed at providing specific tuition regarding the effectiveness of your team and how this can be developed and improved.

How does it work

Bite size workshops are completely flexible and may be combined to create an integrated programme to meet and organisation’s requirements (see management training).

We start by carrying out a full assessment of your needs and current operating effectiveness. We then use a variety of specialised techniques, such as Belbin profiling, so that we can work with you to understand the strengths and areas for improvement within your team. In doing so we can develop a structured plan tailored to your specific needs.
