Government funding is available to help small to medium sized companies gain leadership and management training, ensuring that they remain on top during the recession. The grant is designed to help businesses survive and thrive in the tough economic climate by identifying and sourcing appropriate training and development solutions to improve management skills.
The grant enables a company to invest £1,500 towards leadership and management training, for only a £500 contribution. The first £500 of training is fully funded, and can be used for a Director, Leader or Senior Manager. A subsequent £500 of grant support will be match-funded and is available to train either the same individual and/or other Senior Members of the management team. We suggest that the funding is put towards ABA tailored workshops to benefit the most staff.
