Quality standards are set by senior management and maintained by all front line staff, including sub-contractors. As client relationships are integral to our business, vetting and monitoring procedures are carried out to ensure that only the highest caliber of staff are employed. Tutors, facilitators, mentors, assessors and business advisers are hand-picked to ensure they continue to meet our exacting standards.
All staff receive full induction training at the start of their employment, backed up by a Health and Safety Policy. Further in-house training is an ongoing process with attention given to both specific skills and specialist operations. We endeavour to motivate our staff to achieve a high level of job satisfaction by consistent attention to their needs.
Customer needs are identified and targeted through effective feedback processes and correct training implementation.
